Risks Management

Introduction

This ePITsolutions eLearning module deals with risks management. Risks Management is one of the
best practices to comply with, whatever activity you are engaged in, in all sectors.
Risks management is a requirement from AS/EN/JISQ 9100 standard which is applicable by aerospace
and defence companies. This ePITsolutions eLearning module has been developed in accordance
with IAQG recommendations which are available in the SCMH.

In addition to the methodology, risks management also relies on experience in the related activity.
Therefore, we have incorporated several examples in order to illustrate the topic.
This ePITsolutions eLearning module is of interest to every company that performs industrial

Methods and evaluation tools

This ePITsolutions eLearning module is composed of an eTutorial and an ePractice.

The eTutorial explains, through animations and voice over, the principles and tools related to risks
analysis. It places risks management in the frame of a project as well as in a process. Exercises
included in the ePractice enable self assessment and make sure the topics have been understood all
along the eTutorial.

The ePractice enables to assess risks in various business situations ( order intake, move a strategic
process from trial to production, audit within the human resources direction and share of
responsibilities between head office and production units).
The trainees must identify and assess the risks in the context they are presented.
The ePractice is scored. A minimum score of 90% correct answers should be reached to consider the
topic being fully understood.

The examples and scenarios have been built for the only purpose of this ePITsolutions eLearning, the
names of the companies, the appliances, the supporting documentations have been designed to help
understand the concepts. The technical content is for the purpose of illustration only.

The certificate that may be issued after the training will show the time spent and the result obtained
on the quiz. The trainee can issue his certificate. At his request or at his company request, we may
also issue it and send an electronic copy. Please note that we keep the trainee enrolled for a
maximum duration of 1 month as a commitment to RGDP. Therefore, the training report will not be
accessible after this one month period – except if requested in writing differently.
